The SZ-EM300 Hydraulic Material Handler Safety Monitoring System (also known as Load Moment Indicator - LMI) is an intelligent safety device. It automatically measures load, height, and amplitude during operation. Using advanced algorithms, it provides real-time torque data feedback. When the load exceeds the rated threshold, the system triggers audible and visual alarms to warn the operator, ensuring equipment safety and providing critical data for management.

Working Principle: Precision sensors (pressure and angle) installed on the boom and dipper rod collect real-time geometric data. The controller calculates the actual torque based on arm length and cylinder stroke. This is compared against safety thresholds to prevent overloading or restricted actions.
