Product Description

500l/h Water Refilling Remote Monitoring Machine RO System Plant

RO equipment utilizes reverse osmosis technology. Raw water passes through fine filters, granular activated carbon filters, and compressed activated carbon filters before being pressurized via pumps through a reverse osmosis membrane (RO membrane) with a pore size of 1/10,000 microns. This process effectively isolates industrial pollutants, heavy metals, bacteria, and viruses, ensuring high-quality purified water.

Basic Working Principle

Driven by a high-pressure pump (6-20 kg), raw water permeates through the RO membrane (0.0001 microns). Chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and viruses cannot pass through and are discharged as wastewater, leaving only pure water molecules.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the design water yield of the RO membrane elements?
Model 4040 is designed for 0.25m³/h per element, while Model 8040 is designed for 1-1.2m³/h per element.
What materials are used for the mechanical filters?
Common materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, and fiberglass (FRP) depending on the application requirements.
What types of control valves are available?
We offer both manual and automatic control valves. Automatic valves can be further categorized into time-controlled or flow-controlled types.
Does the system require professional installation?
The system is designed with a compact frame and is mostly pre-assembled. Users typically only need to connect the water inlet, outlet, and power supply.
What is the maintenance requirement for the RO membranes?
Membranes should be flushed regularly. Depending on raw water quality, they typically require chemical cleaning every 3-6 months and replacement every 1-2 years.
Can the system handle high salinity or seawater?
Standard RO systems are designed for brackish or tap water. For high salinity or seawater, specialized seawater desalination membranes and high-pressure pumps are required.
